"1 week. My 6 year old has been in martial arts for 2 classes, that's it and the difference in little things is incredible. Every morning, he wakes up and does his chores, WITHOUT being told to do them! I constantly hear him telling his younger brother about self discipline and respect. I cannot wait to see how much he transforms throughout this process. Everyday used to involve me asking 100 times, did you do your jobs, now I wake up and don't even have ask.
